Castro Zero Energy Development is coming summer of 2018 and will consist of two alley entry townhouses called Twin Alley Lofts, and one single family home called Castro Smart Home. Each home will have a roof top garden and be zero energy homes.
Castro Smart Home is a modern, all electric solar powered home with Tesla Powerwall battery storage and Curb energy monitoring. With an open concept design, modern black casement windows and skylights in the flex attic space.
River Cats Alley Townhomes stand three stories with a master suite, spacious living room and balcony along with a flex space on the ground floor perfect for an office or in-law quarters. Including expansive windows and 2.5 baths.
Thousands of dollars will be spent on electricity costs over one’s lifetime and our goal at Sacramento Urban Works is to reduce this cost to zero.
We design our roofs to be ideal solar power generating stations. And it’s included with the purchase price! That means no monthly charges like with solar leases or PPA’s. Thousands of dollars in savings by not making a separate purchase and a 30% solar tax credit.
Designing our homes with solar power and a rooftop garden is no easy task. But given Sacramento’s beautiful city were committed to providing these outdoor spaces with spectacular views nonetheless. And our rooftop gardens are included with purchase price and no additional upgrade fees!
No electricity costs also known as net ZERO energy is our mission at Sacramento Urban Works. Saving energy equals saving money and this allows you to relax and enjoy your home rather than worrying about paying high electricity bills.
Disclaimer: our net zero energy guarantee is contingent upon the average energy consumption of a 4 person family.
We believe that our technology advances are not only for smart phones. We bring these features to you. Allowing you to adjust your thermostat, lighting and greet door guests all from your smart home. Lastly we provide energy monitoring monitoring for your solar electric system and home.
